Basic Rules for a Successful Stay

  • Remove your shoes upon entering L’O Reine.
  • Smoke only outside.
  • Respect the silence; use L’O Reine’s speaker only inside the house.
  • Sort your waste.

  • The mandatory wellness package with bathrobe and two towels

Detailed House Rules

  • The vacation home is suitable for a maximum of 10 people:
    The maximum number of 10 people cannot be exceeded. If you do, we have the right to deny you immediate access to our complex.
  • It is not allowed to grant other visitors access to the complex if they have not been paid for and thus booked.
    Only guests listed on the guest list at the time of booking are allowed. This will be checked in case of doubt, and access will always be charged or denied immediately if the limit is exceeded.
  • The minimum age outside of familial relations is 25 years for renting the vacation home.
    We always review the composition of the group. Please keep an eye on the children and treat the accommodation with respect.
  • Children must never be left unsupervised, and all accidents are the responsibility of the parents or a guardian.
  • L’O Reine is completely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray outside. No butts in the grass or on the premises.
  • Drinking parties, bachelor parties, and such are strictly prohibited. Narcotics are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
  • The complex must be vacated on time.
  • If the departure time is not respected, a fee of €50 per half hour started will be charged. This measure is necessary to have the house ready on time for the next guests.
  • Report any deficiencies directly at the beginning of your stay to the landlord so that you are not held liable at the end of your stay. Report any damage at the end of the stay so that the manager can prepare the house for the next guests.
    In case of damage to the facilities, furniture, and/or complex, all costs of repair, cleaning, and/or replacement will be charged to the customer. If the complex has to be closed for this reason, we reserve the right to charge an additional compensation of €1000 per day on top of the repair costs to compensate for lost income.
  • Please do not throw anything in the toilets, sinks, or other drains.
  • No tampons, sanitary pads, diapers, panty liners, frying oil, food scraps, wet wipes, etc. (This causes serious blockages.)
  • Please use the protective placemats on the dining tables.
  • Deep fryers or gourmet sets are prohibited in the house.
  • The owner has the right to enter the property at any time during the stay for technical inspections. In case of unexpected power outages, the owners must be contacted. This is very important as the home automation system may be disrupted.
  • The customer agrees to be responsible for the correct use of our facilities. Consequently, they are responsible for accidents, bodily or material damage in our complex.
  • The owner is not responsible for theft or loss resulting from your stay in our holiday villa.
  • Please do not move the furniture and electronics. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear to the furniture and floors.
  • After using the wellness area, please turn everything off. Together with you, we ensure manageable energy consumption for the climate and environment.
  • Extra consumption above the normal average will be charged.

 

General Garden Rules

  • You are staying in a rural environment; we ask that you do not disturb the peace of the neighbors and respect the quiet in the garden and parking area, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Personal sound systems are not allowed.
  • The portable speaker of L’O Reine may only be used indoors.
  • Campfires or fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
  • Smoking is only allowed on the terrace; please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided outdoor ashtray. No butts in the grass or on the premises.
  • The indoor furniture may not be moved outside.

 

Check-In

  • Arrival is generally from 4:00 PM, unless the owner notified beforehand that it can be earlier. Notify the owner 30 minutes before arrival via SMS at 0486.05.72.35.
  • Cars can be parked in the designated parking spaces: a maximum of 5 cars on the site.
  • Always the same cars.
    Shoes must be removed upon entering the holiday home.
  • Slippers or house shoes must be worn in the holiday home. To contribute to nature, we ask you to provide your own slippers.
  • Wifi is available; the code is “Wellness” (network L’O Reine Guest).
  • Free Station includes: tea, coffee, and water. Toilet paper, kitchen linens, cleaning products are available. Shampoo and shower gel are provided for guests during the stay. Beds are made at check-in.
  • The honesty bar in the relaxation room works on a trust basis; you take something and leave the correct money.

 

Check-In Wellness

  • Shoes must be removed when entering the wellness area.
  • Slippers or house shoes are recommended in the wellness area.
  • Barefoot is also an option.
  • To contribute to nature, we ask you to provide your own slippers.
  • Bathrobe, bath towel, large towels, and slippers are mandatory when using the wellness area. These must be rented at €10 per person per package. (Package: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathrobe).
  • Only plastic cups may be used in the jacuzzi and pool. Drinks and food are prohibited in wet areas due to very strict hygienic Vlarem II standards we adhere to. These strict standards guarantee perfect water quality and floor hygiene.
  • Always cover the jacuzzi and pool at night, as shown during reception.
  • It is strictly forbidden to add products to the spa or pool.

 

Check-Out

  • The complex must be vacated on time as agreed.
  • If the departure time is not respected, a fee of €50 per half hour started will be charged. This measure is necessary to have the house ready on time for the next guests.
  • Leave the house clean.
  • Leave the house broom clean or cleaned with the central vacuum system.
  • Bed linens must be removed on the day of departure and collected in the logistics room.
  • Please do not remove mattress protectors and pillow protectors.
  • Empty trash cans in bathrooms and toilets.
  • Waste must be sorted: Paper and cardboard, PMD, and Glass. Glass containers must be taken away by the tenant.
  • Close all windows and doors, ensure all lights are off, including garden lighting.
  • Is the dishwasher empty and is everything in its place?
  • The refrigerator must be empty.
  • The refrigerator and oven must be cleaned.
  • All materials you used in the garden and holiday home must be put back in their original place.
  • Are the jacuzzi and pool covered?
  • Is the terrace neat?
  • Final cleaning is included in the price.
  • If the house is very dirty, an extra cost of €200 will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

 

Note: Extra costs deducted from the deposit:

  • Emptying dishwasher: €10
  • Emptying fridge/freezer: €10
  • Sorting trash: €60
  • Cleaning with a brush: €25
  • Cleaning ovens: €30
  • Removing bed linen: €25
  • Broken glass: €2.50 per piece
  • Extra cleaning due to excessive dirtiness: €200
  • Damage and shortages of inventory according to purchase invoice
  • In case of suspected breaches of the contract and rules, the owner has the right to have them ascertained and deny the tenant access without refund of the rent. As a tenant, you agree with all rules communicated in advance.
