Rental fee:

Half of the rent is paid at reservation and the other half is to be deposited two weeks before arrival 

Security deposit:

Deposit is due 14 days in advance or immediately if the stay is booked less than 14 days in advance. 

Holiday home €500
Wellness Suite: €150
Apartment: €100
Studio: €100

In case of late payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the booking. 

In case of early departure you are not entitled to a refund. 



CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation by the tenant:

Date of cancellation 

Compensation for 5 weeks / free cancellation 
4 weeks / 80%
3 weeks / 70% 
2 weeks / 50% 
1 week / all

In case of cancellation by force majeure:

In cases of force majeure beyond the control of both parties, the landlord will be as constructive as possible by, for example, issuing a voucher for the deposit already paid which will remain valid for 1 year.

In case of cancellation by L'O Reine:

In case of cancellation by L'O Reine, the amount paid will be refunded to the tenant.

In case of mandatory interruption of the stay, the landlord is obliged to reimburse the remaining amount or agree to continue taking these days at another time via a voucher.
