Our Privacy Policy describes what personal data we process from you, on what basis we process it and why we process it. Finally, we inform you about your rights and the security measures we take to protect your personal data.

 

L'O-Reine is the commercial name of Wellness Lodge, with registered offices at 1600 Sint-Laureins-Berchem, Molenstraat 5, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number BE 749 518 208.

Who is responsible for processing my personal data?

Your data will be processed by L'O-Reine. As the party responsible for processing, we declare that we comply with the Belgian privacy legislation and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.Within our organisation, your data are only accessible to the

What is personal data?

The General Data Protection Regulation defines personal data as follows: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

What personal data are processed?

When you contact L'O-Reine for treatment, we require a number of details from you, such as:- Identification details: name, gender, date of birth- Contact details: email, telephone number, address

In addition to this general personal data, L'O-Reine is also required to request certain sensitive information from you. This relates to information needed for analysing your skin, whereby the information requested is limited to an absolute minimum in order to be able to compose your personalised advice (internal for our therapists).

Why are your data being processed?

Your personal data and other information and files are processed by L'O-Reine for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

To be able to contact you by telephone

To communicate in writing

To be able to send you newsletters, satisfaction surveys, etc.

 

Who receives my data?

L'O-Reine will not make your personal data commercially available to third parties in any way whatsoever.

The software with its agenda system, customer management, cash register system... used by L'O-Reine in which your data is collected in order to keep your file up to date, is managed by the external provider iBeauty, which can be found at iBeauty Head Office, for the attention of Michel Smekens, Rozenstraat 1, 3630 Maasmechelen, and will also contain any health data and the treatment you have undergone at any given time, including the products you have purchased in the salon or from the webshop. There may also be before/after photos taken to monitor the progress of the treatment. These are only shared with third parties after consent. Within the framework of the provision of services, L'O-Reine may call upon third parties to process your data (online payments (EU), taking care of the server environment (EU), domain names & SSL certificates (EU), taking care of IT infrastructure (EU), accounting (EU) and taking care of (and distributing) newsletters & invitations. Your file may also be transferred to an auditing firm in order to carry out an audit in the context of obtaining/maintaining a quality label.In rare cases, we may have to disclose your personal data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations.

L'O-Reine may collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, the operating system you use or the domain name of the website that led you to and from the L'O-Reine website. This enables us to continuously optimize the website for users.

Social media

L'O-Reine is or may become active on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube. If you contact us in any way through these channels, we may gain insight into your data. This depends on your privacy settings at the respective services.We do not actively collect data through these services. You are therefore always in control of what data is visible to L'O-Reine. How long will my data be kept?

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in point 2.2. In any case, we will keep your personal data in accordance with legally required time limits and any applicable limitation periods.

What rights do I have as a customer?
